1. Introduction

Welcome to RSM Consulting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our educational consulting services related to Bitcoin self-custody and privacy best practices.

2. Educational Services Only

All content, guidance, and services provided by RSM Consulting are for educational and informational purposes only. We provide technical assistance on Bitcoin self-custody, multisig setups, running your own node, transaction privacy reviews, and related topics.

• We are 100% non-custodial — we never hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or Bitcoin.
• We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• You retain full control and responsibility for all actions and decisions regarding your Bitcoin.

3. No Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties. Bitcoin involves substantial risks including loss of funds due to user error, key loss, hacks, volatility, or regulatory changes. You assume all risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSM Consulting and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of Bitcoin or funds.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Never share your seed phrases, private keys, or signing authority with us.
• Perform all final wallet actions and transaction signing yourself.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws.

6. Payment & Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed Consulting Services Agreement. Bitcoin payments are preferred.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Minnesota.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
